This is a good distance for the lights to be properly distributed throughout the Christmas tree. These lights also have 1.5 metres of power cable. This means that the Christmas tree does not have to be right next to the wall socket and you can play a bit with the placement of your tree. Due to its IP20 rating, the Christmas tree light is not waterproof, so it is only suitable for indoor use.
