This unique and durable PIR motion sensor is very suitable to upgrade your current HOFTRONIC LED floodlight. The IP44 value ensures that the motion sensor is suitable for use indoors and outdoors. The motion sensor is made of black plastic This ensures that the floodlight is lightweight and completely corrosion-resistant. The sensor is fully adjustable to your liking and offers the possibility to vary the lighting time and the intensity of the ambient light thanks to the built-in twilight sensor. The PIR sensor is compatible with all HOFTRONIC LED floodlights up to a maximum of 30 watts.

A motion sensor is ideal when you want to use the lighting as a security lighting, in addition to the protection effect, you also save energy with a motion sensor as the floodlight turns off and turns on, ideal if you want to use this as home lighting.

With a detection distance of up to 12 meters below a detection range of 120°, this motion detector screens a large range that allows you to turn on lighting precisely on time. The activation time of the lamp can be adjusted with a minimum activation time of 10 ±3 seconds and a maximum activation time of 15 ±2 minutes. These settings can be adjusted to the rear of the floodlight.

Installation motion sensor

The installation of this motion sensor is very easy due to the wireless connector, so you manually screw it on your existing HOFTRONIC LED floodlight. With this we have made it possible to always be able to provide your existing floodlight with a motion sensor.

The motion sensor is always active, which means the twilight switch only works on the motion sensor. This motion sensor can therefore not be used separately. When you set the twilight switch to a certain LUX value (total light environment), it will only switch on at this value when motion is detected. The functions cannot be switched off separately.
