How does a smart LED strip work?

• A timer. With a timer you can indicate when you want your smart LED strip to be switched on and off again.
• GEO fencing. With GEO fencing you can set your phone to send a signal to your smart product when you come close. You can determine the distance yourself. So you can drive away from home, after which the lights switch themselves off. Or you drive into the driveway, and your smart LED strip turns on automatically.

Operating the smart LED strips

As already mentioned, the smart LED strips are operated with an app via your smartphone or tablet. This goes over your WiFi network. It is therefore very important that you place your smart LED strip in a place where the strip has a good WiFi connection.

Do you use a smart assistant like Google Home or Amazon Alexa at home? Then you also have the possibility to connect your smart LED strip to this. With a smart assistant you can also operate your smart LED strip voice controlled. For example, you can instruct your Google Home to change the light colour of your smart LED strip by voice, or you can ask your Amazon Alexa to automatically switch on the smart LED strip at 18:00 hours. 

Application possibilities of the smart LED strip

When we talk about the ultimate mood lighting, you immediately think of a smart LED strip. A smart LED strip is easy to install. In most cases, they are provided with an adhesive strip on the underside of the strip. This ensures that you will have a smart WiFi LED strip mounted on the desired spot in the shortest possible time. Even the sticky strip makes it a lot easier to place the strip as accurately as possible. If you have to be in a small corner, you don't have to use any tools here.
