Payment Methods

PayPal 

Choose to pay via the trusted PayPal payment system by logging into your own PayPal account. When paying via PayPal, your order is immediately marked as paid in our system. This allows us to process your order immediately and prepare it for shipment. 

Credit cards 

You can pay with us through the payment providers MasterCard, Visa and American Express. In all cases, the payment is linked directly to us so that we can immediately start working on your order.   

Klarna 

See first, pay later: pay easily and securely with Klarna. From the date of shipment of your order, Klarna gives you 30 days to pay your order. Unable to pay via Klarna or other problems occur? Please contact us via the link below.

Bank Transfer 

When you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will see a screen after placing your order with your order number and the total amount at the top. At the bottom, you’ll find the bank details of Adyen (our payment system), along with the amount and a unique payment reference. Please make sure to include this payment reference when making your transfer so we can link your payment to your order. Note that it may take one to three business days for the bank to process your payment. Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed and shipped. 

If you haven’t received a confirmation three business days after making the transfer, please contact our customer service. 

We will only start processing your order once the payment has been received. Want your order delivered the next day? Then please choose a different payment method. 

On Account (*for Business Customers) 

Business customers can submit a request to order on account (credit). This allows your company to place an order and pay only after delivery. 

Terms and Process 
Once your request is received, we will perform a credit check. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation and can start ordering on account. If the request is not approved, we’ll notify you and you can choose another payment method. 

• Payment term: within 30 business days  
• Ordering on account is only available to companies with a valid VAT number 
• Not available for private customers 

Ordering on account is available for companies based in the following countries: 
Andorra, Belgium, Germany, France, Guernsey, Ireland, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Isle of Man, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, United Kingdom, Switzerland 

Minimum order value for credit request: 

• Netherlands: €302.50 incl. VAT 
• Other countries: €250 excl. VAT
