The Mavion nero is a recessed spotlight that is actually combined with a surface-mounted spotlight. Unlike a classic downlight, the spotlight remains visible under the ceiling, giving it more of a spotlight character. What makes it look like a recessed spotlight is the mounting: it is largely concealed in the ceiling.

The sand-black finish gives the fixture a rugged look that allows the lamp to come into its own in both modern and industrial interiors. Nevertheless, this lamp can also provide a counterbalance in a Scandinavian style.
