Returns and Warranty

We take great care in the selection and production of our products. Nevertheless, it may happen that you are not completely satisfied. No worries - you can easily return unused products within 30 days from delivery. 

Please make sure the product is returned to us unused, complete and in its original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price within 30 days using the same payment method you used. 

Are you returning the entire order? Then you will also be refunded any outbound shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. 

Return notification 

Would you like to return a product? You can easily do so via our returns portal.  

Is your product defective, damaged or incomplete? Please contact our customer service. In almost all cases, returns are not necessary and are not free of charge. In this case, it is not necessary to register a return.  

Does your product meet our return conditions (unused, complete and in its original packaging)? Then register your return using the steps below:

1. Go to our returns portal.
2. Enter your information: 
    Enter your order number and the email address you ordered with. 
3. Select the product you wish to return: 
    Select the item and indicate the reason for return. Add a comment or photo if necessary. 
4. Please confirm your return request: 
    After confirmation, you will receive further instructions by email. Upon returnless, you will automatically receive a refund or replacement product. 

Tips for returns 

We understand that you would like to unpack your order quickly, but please do so carefully to avoid damaging the product or packaging. 

Evaluate the product without installing or connecting it. This keeps it in original condition and prevents signs of use. 

Some parts or accessories are not necessary to determine whether the product meets your expectations. Think neatly bundled cables or coiled LED strips - leave these untouched as much as possible. 

Exceptions to returns 

Not all products are eligible for returns. Exceptions are: 

• Damaged or incomplete products, including damaged packaging 
• Loose parts from an assembled product 
• Products specially ordered on request or outside our standard range 
• Products that are not installed according to the assembly instructions 

Warranty
