Reduced installation depth

When you combine the Chandler downlight fixture with a GU10 light source, you have an average recessed depth of approximately 60mm. You can easily reduce this recessed depth by using an LED module. With a LED module as light source you have a recessed depth of only 35mm. This is ideal if you don't have much space and still want to install this beautiful spot somewhere! In short, the LED module makes it possible to place the Chandler recessed spotlight in even more locations within the house with a low recessed depth.

LED Module

The LED module that is supplied as standard is equipped with the latest LED chips making it very energy efficient with an energy consumption of only 3.8 watts. Despite this low consumption, the module provides a light output of 270 lumens, making it suitable for illuminating objects or lighting spaces. In addition, the LED module is dimmable, which means that the brightness can be set exactly as you want it to be. The daylight white light color of 6000K creates a pleasant atmosphere in an instant, for example, the living room, bedroom, kitchen or bathroom. 

The lifespan of the LED light source module is 20,000 hours, which means that you will have years of pleasure from the LED light source module. The universal size of the module makes it easy to replace a regular GU10 light source, because it fits virtually every GU10 fixture on the market. The LED module is a light source with low built-in depth, it is ideal as a replacement for a traditional GU10 lamp. In most GU10 fixtures for recessed lighting there is also a GU10 holder in the fixture, where you can easily place the LED module without tools. This LED module you slide in the holder in its place and then you connect the quick connector from the LED module to the mains.

For the installation of new spots in a ceiling there is not always a lot of space left to place the light source. This LED module has a build-in depth of only 29mm! So this module can be installed in practically any place. Think of lowered ceilings, bedrooms, living rooms or in the kitchen!

Tiltable and directional

The Chandler recessed spotlight is tiltable or orientable. This ensures that you can use the spot to light accents in the house. Think of the lighting of a painting, a plant or a statue. Of course, the recessed spotlights also remain suitable for main lighting and atmospheric lighting.

Made of maintenance-free aluminum

The fixture of this Chandler recessed spotlight is made of maintenance-free aluminum. This material has the property that dirt and dust adheres poorly. This means that you need to clean the spotlight less often and you can enjoy the brushed steel color of the fixture for a long time. 

With scratch-resistant powder coating

The brushed steel color of these recessed LED spotlights is due to a scratch-resistant powder coating. This coating ensures that the recessed spotlights do not discolor and turn yellow. This means that you can enjoy the ceiling spots for years. 

6000K daylight white light color

Equipped with a 6000K daylight white light color, this Chandler recessed spotlight ensures that any room in which it is installed is practically lit. Apply this light color in rooms where you like to relax such as; the living room, bedroom or hallway.

Small beam angle

The small beam angle of 50 degrees ensures that you can place several Chandler recessed spotlights close together, without the light beams crossing each other. This makes the recessed spotlights great for mounting in a cove or above a dining table. The narrow beam is also important for accent lighting, because the light beam will be more concentrated from the recessed spot. More light will fall on the object to be illuminated and less on the wall behind it.

Installation tip: Keep in mind when installing a minimum circulation space of 10 to 15 centimeters behind the light source to sit. This allows any heat to escape to prevent overheating.
