This Miro LED downlight can be used to illuminate interior spaces. Because the spots are tiltable and dimmable, they are suitable for any room. Whether you want to accentuate a painting or simply illuminate the living room, the Miro LED recessed spots are always a good choice.

Reduced installation depth

When you combine the Miro downlight with a GU10 light source, you have an average recessed depth of approximately 60mm. You can easily reduce this recessed depth by using an LED module. With a LED module as light source you have a recessed depth of only 30mm. This is ideal if you don't have much space and still want to install this beautiful spot somewhere! In short, the LED module makes it possible to place the Miro recessed spotlight in even more locations within the house with a low recessed depth.

Dim to warm

With the unique dim to warm function you have a range of 2200-2700K and create a pleasant atmosphere in the bathroom, kitchen or living room of your home but also in a professional environment as the hospitality industry, practices or office buildings. This LED light source module also has an even warm white light that gives the room a nice, warm atmosphere. With the dim to warm recessed spotlight you can dim the spotlight so that the light color becomes extra warm. Take into account the use of a dimmer! LED Module

The LED module that is supplied as standard is equipped with the latest LED chips making it very energy efficient with a power consumption of only 3.8 watts. Despite this low consumption, the module provides a light output of 220 lumens, making it suitable for illuminating objects or lighting spaces. In addition, the LED module is dimmable, which means that the brightness can be set exactly as you want it to be. The warm white light color of 2200-2700K creates a pleasant atmosphere in an instant, for example, the living room, bedroom, kitchen or bathroom. 

The lifespan of the LED light source module is 50,000 hours, which means that you will have years of pleasure from the LED light source module. The universal size of the module makes it easy to replace a regular GU10 light source, because it fits virtually every GU10 fixture on the market. The LED module is a light source with low built-in depth, it is ideal as a replacement for a traditional GU10 lamp. In most GU10 fixtures for recessed lighting there is also a GU10 holder in the fixture, where you can easily place the LED module without tools. This LED module you slide in the holder in its place and then you connect the quick connector from the LED module to the mains.

For the installation of new spots in a ceiling there is not always a lot of space left to place the light source. This LED module has a build-in depth of only 29mm! So this module can be installed in practically any place. Think of lowered ceilings, bedrooms, living rooms or in the kitchen!

Tiltable and directional

The Miro recessed spotlight is tiltable or orientable. This ensures that you can use the spot to light accents in the home. Think of highlighting a painting, a plant or a statue. Of course, the recessed spotlights also remain suitable for main lighting and atmospheric lighting.

Made of maintenance-free aluminum

The fixture of this Miro recessed spotlight is made of maintenance-free aluminum. The property of this material is that dirt and dust adhere poorly. This means that you have to clean the spots less often and you can enjoy the matte black color of the fixture for a long time. 

With scratch-resistant powder coating

These black LED downlights owe their matte black color to a scratch-resistant powder coating. This coating ensures that the recessed spotlights do not fade and turn yellow. This gives you years of pleasure from the ceiling spots. 

Small beam angle

The small beam angle of 38 degrees means you can place several Miro recessed lights close together without the light beams crossing. This makes the recessed spots very suitable for mounting in a cove or above a dining table. The narrow beam is also important for accent lighting, because the light beam then comes out of the recessed spotlight more concentrated. More light will fall on the object to be illuminated and less on the wall behind it.

Installation tip: Keep in mind when installing a minimum circulation space of 10 to 15 centimeters behind the light source to sit. This allows any heat to escape to prevent overheating.
