Dozens of smart functions

Link the LED strip to the free Hoftronic Smart app and you get access to dozens of smart functions. This way you get the most out of your smart lighting. A small sample of these smart functions are:

• Schedules: By creating schedules, you can have the led ground spots turn on automatically at set times. This allows you to ensure that the lights are on when you get home, or use the smart LED ground spots as a wake-up light
• Geofencing: Have the LED ground spots react based on your location. Do you leave the house? Then your lights automatically turn off. Are you coming home again? Then you are greeted by your favorite light scene (only available on IOS operating systems)
• Weather-based: Have the light color change based on the weather. Is it cold and bleak outside? Then these LED ground spots will add some extra warmth to your garden with a warm light color
• Intuitive color wheel: The colors of the LED ground spots can be easily and quickly adjusted via the intuitive color wheel. This allows you to choose from more than 16.5 million colors and, of course, all shades of white (2700K - 6500K) within a few seconds
• Link to smart assistant: Via the Hoftronic Smart app you can easily link the smart lighting to your smart assistant. This allows you to control the LED ground spots with your voice: "ok Google, turn on my LED ground spots"
• Setting scenes: Through various preset scenes, you can easily adjust the colors of your lights. Of course, you can also create your own scenes that best suit you
• Grouping: By adding different lamps to groups, you can easily control multiple smart lamps at the same time. For example, you can have all the lights in the living room change color, dim or turn on and off at the same time

Much light, little consumption

This GU10 LED spot consumes only 5.5 Watts and is therefore up to 90% more economical compared to a halogen spot. This GU10 LED spot is ideal for long periods of time because this LED spot is very energy efficient! Despite the economy of the spot, it provides more than enough light with a whopping 345 lumens and replaces a 50 watt halogen spot. The spot also has no less than 50.000 burning hours and the supplied GU10 light source is dimmable.

Made of maintenance-free aluminum with powder coating

Because the HOFTRONIC ground spot is made of maintenance-free aluminium, dust and dirt adhere poorly to the ground spot. As a result, the Ramsay becomes dirty less quickly and you do not have to clean it as often. The spotlight is finished with a high-quality powder coating that ensures that the spotlight remains corrosion-free.

Seamless connect, guaranteed connection

Seamless connect is the always successful linking of the ground spots to the 2.4 GhZ WiFi network. This is because the Ramsay uses both WiFi and Bluetooth. Bluetooth is used by the lamp to connect to the network. This works as follows: when the lamp is switched on, it looks for Bluetooth signals in the neighbourhood. Logically, it will then find your smartphone. The Ramsay then connects to the smartphone and retrieves the network data from the smartphone. This data is then sent to the lamp, which connects to the WiFi network. In this way, the connection is always guaranteed.

You do not need a bridge to connect the ground spots to the WiFi network.

IP67 protection class

The Ramsay ground spot is completely IP67 waterproof and dustproof. This makes the groundspots extremely suitable for outdoor use, without having to worry about possible failures due to rain, snow and black ice. They are resistant to the harshest weather conditions but are not suitable for use under water. Because this ground source is intended for outdoor use, you can use it to light up your garden, terrace, driveway or trees and plants.

Easy assembly
