The LED Wall Light Cupo is unique because of the beautiful bubble of light that the wall light projects onto the wall. This is done by means of the polished safety glass. The wall lamp connects you to your smartphone through WiFi and Bluetooth. We also call this Seamless connect. Because of this, connecting the wall lamp to the WiFi network always succeeds. Link the LED wall light to the free Hoftronic Smart app and you get access to dozens of smart functions. This way you get the most out of your smart lighting. A small sample of these smart functions are:

• Schedules: By creating schedules, you can have the LED wall light turn on automatically at set times. This allows you to make sure the lights are on when you get home, or use the Cupo as a wake-up light
• Geofencing: Have the Cupo react based on your location. Are you leaving the house? Then your lights automatically turn off. Are you coming home again? Then you will be welcomed by your favorite light scene. Also ideal for protecting your home against burglars (only available on IOS operating systems)
• Weather-based: Have the light color change based on the weather. Is it cold and inclement outside? Then this Cupo wall light will provide some extra warmth in your home/garden with a warm light color
• Intuitive color wheel: The colors of the wall light are easy and quick to adjust via the intuitive color wheel. This allows you to choose from more than 16.5 million colors and all shades of white (2700K - 6500K) within a few seconds
• Music sync: With this function the Cupo dances along with the beat of the music. Perfect for parties or of course for extra experience with a good movie

Seamless connect, guaranteed connection

Seamless connect is the always succeeding pairing of the wall light to the 2.4 GhZ WiFi network. This is because the spotlights use both WiFi and Bluetooth. Bluetooth uses the spotlight to connect to the network. This works as follows: when the wall lamp is turned on, it searches for Bluetooth signals in the area. Logically, it then finds your smartphone. Then the spotlight connects to your smartphone and retrieves the network data from your smartphone. This data is sent to the spots and they then make connection with the WiFi network. In this way, the connection is always guaranteed.

For connecting the wall lamp to the WiFi network you do not need a bridge.

Perfect for outdoors, damp locations and indoors

The Cupo wall lamp is made of a combination of cast maintenance-free aluminum and safety glass. This is to prevent cracking of the glass and rusting of the fixture due to humid and cold areas. The matte black color is applied by means of a moisture-resistant and UV-resistant powder coating. As a result, the lamp will not be discolored by the sun and the paint will not flake off with long exposure to moisture. The wall lamp is further equipped with an IP54 protection. This means that moisture and dust can not penetrate into the lamp and you can safely leave it hanging all year in humid and / or dusty areas. 

In other words, you can use the wall lamp literally anywhere.
