This professional LED Highbay lamp has a power consumption of only 240 Watt. What is 1-10V Dimmable?

This LED Highbay gives a signal between 1 and 10 Volt. The output of the lamp is scaled that at a voltage of 10 Volt there is 100% light intensity, and at 1 Volt the lowest light intensity 10%.
