This updated PIR motion sensor features an extra-large detection range, offering greater flexibility compared to standard models.

With a 360-degree detection angle and a range of up to 20 metres (10 metres to the left and right), it reliably detects movement over long distances. In addition, the sensor can be mounted at heights of up to 6 metres, which is 2 metres higher than conventional sensors, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications.

All settings are fully adjustable. Using the TIME rotary control, you can set how long the light remains on after detection, adjustable from 10 seconds up to 30 minutes. The twilight sensor can be configured via the LUX dial from 3 to 2000 lux, allowing you to determine the ambient light level at which the sensor is activated.

The PIR motion sensor easy to install thanks to its robust mounting plate with fold-out wings for a clean recessed installation. The integrated strain relief ensures that cables remain securely in place. The required cut-out size for installation is 44mm.

The sensor itself is rated IP54 and is therefore protected against dust and splashing water, making it suitable for indoor use as well as sheltered outdoor locations. It is supplied ready for installation and can be used with almost all luminaires up to a total load of 600 watts (LED).
