This 12V Sienna LED recessed downlights can only be installed with a suitable LED transformer. The recessed downlights must not be connected directly to the 230V mains.

The total size of this lamp is 50 mm. This ensures that it is not too noticeable in your ceiling, but it does provide more than enough light to illuminate your space.
