Your privacy is of great importance to Online Multi Stores B.V.. We therefore comply with the Privacy Act. This means that your details are safe with us and that we always use them properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we at the web store www.into-led.com do with information that we learn about you.

Order fulfillment 

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may give your personal data to our delivery service to deliver the order to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or creditcard company. 

To do this, we use your naw data, phone number, billing address and e-mail address. We are required to do this by law. We keep this information until your order is completed and for seven years thereafter (this is the legal retention obligation). 

 

Disclosure to Third Parties 

We cooperate with certain companies, which may receive your personal data mentioned above from us. 

For order fulfillment we cooperate with: 

• Our payment provider Adyen and Paypal 
• Our postal company LSE-Logistics Venlo 

Of these parties, PayPal is based outside the EU. 

 

Contact Forms and Newsletter 

The contact form allows you to ask us questions or make requests. 

We use your name, phone number and e-mail address for this purpose. We need these because of the contract we make with you. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response. 

 

You can subscribe to our newsletter. It contains news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. 

Your e-mail address will be added to the list of subscribers only with your permission. This data will be kept until you cancel the subscription. 

 

Advertising 

We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this:

• via social media 
• by SMS 

You can object to this advertising at any time. Each e-mail contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option. 

 

SMS Marketing 

By entering your phone number, you agree that we may send you text messages from time to time. This may include updates about your order (when it was shipped or delivered, etc.) and offers from INTOLED. 

If you no longer wish to receive text messages from us you can unsubscribe by clicking 'unsubscribe' in the text message or contact customer service directly and we will unsubscribe you immediately. 

 

Ads 

Our web store displays general advertisements. Here we do not keep any personal data, so we do not find out if you like them. 

 

Disclosure to other companies or institutions 

With the exception of the partners listed above, we do not under any circumstances give your personal data to other companies or institutions, except if we are required to do so by law (for example, if the police demand it in the case of suspected crime). 

Our online store includes social media buttons. With these, the operators of these services collect your personal data.

Security of personal data is very important to us. We ensure that your data is properly secured with us. We constantly adjust the security and pay close attention to what can go wrong.

When our online store changes, we naturally have to update the privacy statement as well. So always note the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to announce changes separately as well.
