Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs
Orders above a certain amount qualify for free shipping. A fixed shipping fee is charged for smaller orders. The exact amounts and thresholds may vary per country – view the shipping information during checkout or in the tables on this page.
Delivery
If you place and pay for your order on a business day before the cut-off time applicable to your country, your order will usually be processed the same day. We process all orders as quickly as possible, but we depend on our carriers for delivery. The delivery time also depends on the delivery address and the chosen shipping method. During busy periods, such as holidays, delivery may take a little longer. In 95% of cases, your order will be delivered on time.
The choice of carrier depends on the size, weight and destination of your order. Large or heavy shipments can be delivered in several packages or via pallet shipment.
Please note that pallet shipments have a different processing time. These orders usually have to be placed and paid for before a certain time and delivery takes a few working days on average.

Track & Trace and Delivery Time
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace link by e-mail. This allows you to easily follow the status of your shipment.
If you do not choose a specific delivery time when placing your order, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. The track & trace will give you an indication of the delivery time, usually in the form of a time slot.
Longer delivery times for products
We keep a large quantity of products in stock to ensure fast delivery, but it is possible that a product may be temporarily unavailable. This is always stated on the product page. We will ship your order only when all products are in stock, to limit extra shipments and environmental impact.
Would you like to already receive the available products from your order? Then please contact our customer service to split your order. Please take the following into account:
- All shipments below the minimum order amount for free shipping: you pay shipping costs per shipment
- Total above double the minimum order amount for free shipping: we will split the order and send it to you free of charge
Cash on delivery shipments
It is not possible to order cash on delivery (paying after delivery)
