Connect your indoor lights, outdoor lighting, coffee maker or radio to the smart socket, and you'll automatically have smart products. These can then be operated via your smartphone or tablet, using an app. Via the WiFi you can also use Google Home or Amazon Alexa, with which you can also control your devices by voice.

Please note that your smart product should always be connected to your WiFi network, in order to function optimally. So take into account the WiFi strength in the places where you want to place the smart product.

Functions

The IP54 protection rating makes the socket suitable for outdoor use. This also makes your outdoor lighting smart. Use the app on your phone to set a time schedule in which you indicate when your lights will turn on and off automatically. This way you don't have to worry about it anymore. Of course, the smart waterproof sockets can also be used at home. Connect your lights or washing machine to them, and you can also control them from a distance. 

Installing smart socket waterproof

The waterproof smart socket is a smart product from Hoftronic Smart. This means that the device can be operated with the Hoftronic Smart App. The app is easy to download from the Google Play store if you have an Android smartphone, or from the Apple Store if you have an IOS smartphone. The waterproof smart socket is connected to the app via your WIFI network. Make sure you are within 2 meters of your router to be able to pair the smart device.
