Payment methods

IDEAL

When you choose to pay with iDeal, you can sign in directly to your own bank account. If you pay through iDeal, your order will be marked as paid in our system immediately. You calculate in a trusted and secure internet payment environment offered by your bank.
Payment providers of iDeal: ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, Friesland Bank, ASN Bank, Bank Region, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bank.

PayPal

When you choose to pay with Paypal, you can sign in directly to your own PayPal account. Payment via PayPal expires as follows:
If you do not have a Paypal account, the Paypal will easily lead you through the steps to create an account linked to your credit or bank account. Paypal payment is complete through PayPal's trusted payment system.
If you pay with Paypal, your order will be marked as paid in our system immediately. We will take your order for the same (working) day.

Credit card & European payment providers

We handle credit card payments and payments through Mistercash and Sofortbanking.
Through our payment system you can pay with:

  • Mister Cash
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • VISA
  • Sofortbanking

If you pay with one of the above-mentioned payment providers, your order will be marked as paid in our system immediately. We will take your order for the same (working) day.

Bank transfer

When you choose to prepay by bank, the website will automatically confirm by email that you placed your order. In addition, in the follow-up screen, you'll see your invoice number and the INTOLED account number where you can transfer the total amount of your order. It is important to mention the invoice number as your order's attribute in your bank transfer.
Please take into account one to three business days your bank needs to process your payment. Once we have received your payment, we will email you a confirmation of and we will process your order. If you have not received confirmation of receipt of your payment three business days after placing your order, please contact our customer service. Our delivery times start from the moment we receive your payment.

If you want to expedite your shipping order, do not use a bank transfer but choose one of our other payment options.

Requesting invoice

We'll keep your bill online in your account. This allows you to easily read, copy and print an invoice as often as you like.

  • Log in to your account and select "My Orders".
  • Find your order and click the "View" button.
  • Scroll down to see the bill.

Payment invoice

Through the payment button, you can easily pay any outstanding invoice online with iDEAL or one of the other payment providers . The payment button is in your account and is easily accessible through the appropriate order in the "My order" menu.

If you do not make an internet bank account, you can transfer the amount to:

Change invoice

Once your order has been submitted, we will no longer be able to change the information on your invoice.
