Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs

At INTOLED, you will not pay shipping costs, provided that a (minimum order amount of € 150, -) at delivery addresses within the Netherlands! This does not apply to business customers. If you order an amount below € 150, then you pay € 9,95 in the Netherlands, your order exceeds 30 kg. A second, third ... package will be created with € 9,95 shipping costs.

Stock

INTOLED has its own stock and also goods are sent directly from our suppliers. Your package will therefore be processed immediately after receiving your payment, with iDEAL, Mister Cash / Bancontact, Credit Card. If your order is received by us before 15:00 and paid with one of our payment options, the order will be shipped the same day. The delivery time is indicated by the product in the shop.

Delivery time

We ship our products with a number of transporters including: DHL they can not accurately determine the time your order will be delivered. Packages can generally be delivered from 08:00 to 20:30 hours.

Trace the package

When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail containing a Track & Trace number. This number allows you to track your order live so that you know exactly when your order is expected to deliver.

Rembours

Shipments by shipment are unfortunately not possible with us.

Returns

To handle a fast and correct handling of your return shipment we will apply a return procedure. Returns are only valid for private orders, business customers can not return the goods within 14 days. This consists of two types of return issues, namely:

  1. Right of return within 14 days.
  2. Return of a product due to warranty claim.

1: Conditions of return right within 14 days.

  • Request a RMA number at info@into-led.com and mention the reason for return.
  • Complete the return form fully (sent by mail).
  • The return shipment must comply with the following conditions:
  1. All products are in new state (so no traces of use and assembly).
  2. The products must be packed in an original box without packaging (no tape, stickers, etc. on the original packaging) in a box where the products must be complete and we can sell them as new.
  3. The package must be sufficiently paid.
    (Insufficient or non-paid return shipments are not accepted)

The costs of a return shipment and the risk of damage and loss are fully borne by the buyer.

Refund

If the returned product complies with the above terms, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible to your bank or credit card account. You will receive a credit note via e-mail. If the returned product does not meet these conditions, the purchase amount will not be credited.

2: Return regarding warranty claim

If a product purchased by you is defective within the applicable warranty period, follow the following procedure:

  • Report the defect by email info@into-led.com 
  • Depending on the cause of the defect, the return procedure will be discussed with you.
  • The cost of the return shipment is entirely at the expense of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Franco or remittance shipments are not accepted and returned to the sender.

Resend

If the returned product falls under warranty terms, a similar product or equivalent new product will be delivered at INTOLED's cost.
