Shipping costs

INTOLED will ship your order for free if your order amount is above €50,-. For several countries we will charge shipping costs when your order amount is above €50,- and or other tax regulations are valid when your country is not stated in the EU zone. You will find the shipping cost information in the table below. When you place an order it may happen that different carriers are used for your order if your order contains more than one package. Pallet shipments depends on the best carrier for your destination.

Stock goods

INTOLED has its own stock and also goods are sent directly from our suppliers. Your package will therefore be processed immediately after receiving your payment, with iDEAL, PayPal, Mister Cash / Bancontact or Creditcard. If your order is received before 22:00 hour and paid with one of our payment options, the order will be shipped the same day. The delivery time is indicated on the productpage.

Delivery time

We ship our products with a number of transporters including: DHL, DPD, UPS they can not accurately determine the time your order will be delivered. Packages can generally be delivered from 08:00-20:30 hours at your address.

Important information! If your order is of such a nature and size that we ship it on a pallet, your order must be received before 14:00 to be shipped the same day. If this is not the case, the pallet shipment will be sent the next working day. Please note that a pallet shipment always takes longer, the average delivery time is between 3-5 working days after shipment.

Current shipping procedure for orders containing products with longer delivery times.

By default, orders are not split into multiple shipments. This means that orders are shipped when all products in the shipment are in stock.

Do you still want to split your order? Then the standard shipping charges of €5.95 apply and free shipping applies for orders over €50.

Orders with a total value of more than €100 will not be charged for shipping. These will be split and shipped free of charge.

Example calculation 1

• 1x wall lamp: 20 € in stock
• 1x Set recessed spotlight €50 not in stock

You can split this order and the shipping cost of €5.95 (applicable rate per country) will be charged for shipping the wall sconce.

Example calculation 2

• 1x Set recessed spotlight €80,- In stock
• 3x Wall lamp €120,- Out of stock

You can have this order split without additional shipping charges.

Track & Trace

When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail containing a Track & Trace link. This link allows you to track your order live so that you know exactly when your order is expected to deliver.

Import fees

Any additional fees that may occur during the import of a shipment will always need to be paid by the importer. Since we only work with DAP incoterms we won't be able to cover any additional import fees.
